The task of thework package on Web Service Security is to find a seamless and transparent integration of security technologies into the general architecture (filtering algorithms).including the aspects of data protection, access right, DRM).
A GENESIS Security Model including geoXACML and SAML profiles will be created. A GENESIS Security Framework that integrates previously evaluated security technologies and mechanisms (e.g. for user group management, filtering of data based on user profiles, policy management etc.) will be adjusted to GENESIS requirements and prototyped for ensuring its efficiency.
Outcomes of this R&D will be used in WP 6510: Authentication & Authorisation Services
